In short
Robin connects passengers with licensed, independent taxi drivers. Drivers choose between a fixed monthly subscription with 0% commission per ride (Robin Fixed) or 15% per ride with no subscription (Robin Flex). The passenger pays the driver directly at the end of the ride. Robin adds no surge pricing and no booking fees.
Robin started in the Netherlands in September 2026. Drivers in Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom can now sign up, with the app available in nine languages.
